& yupppppppppp :D i'm back from camp! Looking everyone go through what we've plan.. We certainly had the sense of achievement (: The time and effort spent on it, there were no words that could describe it. We really did our all and P.O.P-ed :D For the past 1year and a half---conflicts, disagreement, gossips.. come to think about it, it was really not worth it. We should instead, treasure our time together.
When will there be another time when we could treat the NP room like our home. Change, sleep and mess it up in there. Or how bout, staying up till wee hours to continue with our planning for the following day regardless of our tireness. Everyone really knocked out at 3plus, the moment they laid down or put their head to rest on the table. Only 1hr and a half of slp per night is indeed insufficent but we managed to pull it through :D
Describing what I did for the camp holds no significance, it is my squadmates, CIs, TOs and cadets whom made them all so memorable. The cadets may be incorporative, however I feel its part of the learning process i guess. Learning to handle different situations using different ways on different personalities :D
Before the camp, I couldn't wait to POP due to the stressful workload and some things.. But now, I guess its really time for us to move on and hand it over to our sec3s :[ I'll MISS YOU GUYYS!

I couldn't be prouder :D You guys were really so independant on your own without the constant supervision by LingZheng or me as we had lessons and I to takecare of Group4 as well. But you guys still managed to discipline, organised yourselves and did your best ^^
Especially for the second day, we had the least number of people compared to other groups, the Sec3s in the group went for their shooting, leaving only 2Sec1 boys and one new comer from Sec2.
I merely had a mini talk to you all during supper the night before and you guys really kept your words and Wow, am I glad to have you all as my group ^^

Anyway, to end it, I will never forget the P.O.P'09! Sec3s, thanks for all the efforts you guys had done. & i thought your guys couldn't wait for us to step down and hence you guys can take over. I think you guys were doing all these for the sake of doing.. I guess I was wrong.
When you guys cried for us, I felt so horrible, an impression I had for so long, was wrong from the begining. Till today, which is the day I pass out, I finally know the truth.
i suppose almost everyone cried, MrWong, CIs included =/ Some may think, why NPCC is chiong?
Answer to it I finally know too,
: It is just our NPCC spirit to the best in whatever we do and be commited [:

I'm sorry for not being the perfect role model for everyone being a SI. For this, I feel really remorse. Like I said just now in the AVA room, I hope I did not disappoint anyone.
